Are you the Body or the Spirit?

I ask this question all the time: Are you the body or are you the Spirit acting through the Body?

If you are like me and know you are the Spirit, then what is against you? Since spirit resides in all things living and determines the course of action of life, what is there to worry about? Are we not in conversation with ourselves all the time? Are we confusing the ego (which is not us), with the spirit (which is truly us)? Why do we believe anything that is going on in all of existence is not determined by all of our collective spirit?
My experiences and engagements in life are always with me as I am the divine experiencing itself through the appearance of others. The other is not there, just a vessel or container for the spirit to express itself in the material world. Whether in love with another, in hate with another, in happiness with another, or sadness with another, you are experiencing this with yourself spiritually. We are truly all one.
This is truly nothing to worry about as we are always working for the highest good of the spirit.
Peace and Blessings.
