Take out the Trash

If you were to go to bed tonight and find bags of trash in your bed, would you then get in the bed and go to sleep, or would you remove the trash, find out why there is trash there, wash your beddings, and then go to bed? I would believe we would all do the second.

Yet, most people fill their minds up with trash all day long to then get in bed with this trash.

All this random, nonsensical information that we put into our minds affects it, including our bodies and emotions. We don't stop to think about what this trash we put in our minds does to us in our sleep, how we wake up, and how we feel and act throughout the day.

No one would refute the fact that if you lay in bed with physical trash every day, by the day, you would feel more and more like that which you lay with. The smell, the feeling, the seeping of waste into your bed would cause an energetic feeling of disgust.

Although mental trash is more subtle, it is equally as noticeable. You see it in what people speak about, what they post, how they post about themselves... etc. It is all there in plain sight even if some choose to be ignorant of it! Although trash may be bagged on the outside, you may not be able to see what it looks like inside or sometimes smell it. Indeed, there is still trash in there, and it will leak out into its surrounding environment.

In closing, be mindful of what you are taking to bed with you. Give yourself some time before you go to bed to analyze your thoughts to see if they align with your well-being. If not, they should be tossed out and new, refreshing thoughts should be created to replace them.

Again, this is to assist in the mental well-being of my community. Much love and I wish you all peace and wellness.
